In 2003, Cherie was asked to join the team at YellowPages.com and build Yellow Pages Travel. Within a year, Yellow Pages Travel sold to SBC-Bell South for $13 Million. In 2005, Cherie partnered with the Yellow Pages Travel team to build the listing service AlwaysOnVacation.com, which now has more than 100,000 listings.
In January of 2007, Cherie left AlwaysOnVacation.com to start HomeSpun Websites. Cherie has a BA in Communication from Santa Clara University and worked as a journalist for several years before starting a career in the Internet. PDF Photo
Jeff Bailey, Chief Technology Officer

Jeff specializes in interactive dynamic web development and ecommerce using PHP, ASP, hand-code XHTML, Javascript and MySQL databases. He is an authority in the use of Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign on both Windows and Macintosh OS. And he is an expert in all phases of design, from marketing research to final output for press and web.
Gina Cavellini, Chief Web Salon Manager

Building her first website in 1997 and continuing just as a hobby, she is able to create beautiful websites in the HomeSpun Web Builder without having to know a shred of HTML. How does she do that? Gina loves art and music and curates our monthly 3rd Thursday Art & Business Networking Events. She is the go to girl of the office and wears all of the hats. If you need something done, she makes sure it does.
Gina has a Master Degree in Counseling Psychology and graduated from Portland State.
Shad Downey, Lead Developer

Shad has a BA for Portland State University. When he’s not coding, you can find him pedaling across Portland and the back roads of Oregon.
Bradley James Timm, Project Advisor

He is also a passionate about graphic design and believes there is an art to everything, including a web marketing strategy. He is dedicated to developing the right strategies specific to an industry so they can draw undivided attention to their services online. He is always happy to help a small business gain promotional momentum, and the work is its own reward!
Cyndee Mady, Copy Writer
Cyndee has a Master of Fine Arts degree in creative writing from Goddard College and graduated cum laude from Portland State University. She held various editing positions for the Literary Journal, Pitkin Review, including associate and copy editor, and has published two short stories. Cyndee is the Founder and Director of Clockhouse West Writer’s Conference, which meets annually in Port Townsend, Washington. In her spare time, she is marketing her screenplay entitled, Single Bell.

Any business, individual or nonprofit could win a $20,000 custom-built website (including marketing and design) just by getting friends, fans and colleagues to vote for it.
HomeSpun Websites has also made it possible for customers to create opportunities for those in need with its "Put America Back to Work" plan. For every 10 new customers who sign up to build or convert their website to HomeSpun, the company will award a free fully built website with hosting to a school/non-profit in need or an individual who has been out of work for at least one year and wants to start a business.
